This price includes the standard appetizers, grilled meat sushi, A5 Yamagata beef brisket grilled shabu-shabu, and the popular skirt steak and tongue served with special salt! You can also enjoy a special selection of three types of Yamagata beef from A4 female cows, an assortment of offal, and cold noodles made with noodles shipped directly from Morioka, as well as dessert, for a total of 15 dishes!
